Company approval

EIN issuance timeline

Bank account approval

Stripe approval

Continued access to payment processors

All decisions by government agencies, banks, or payment processors are beyond our control.

Denial does not constitute service failure.


4. Client Representations

You represent that:

All information provided is accurate

Your intended business activity is lawful

You are not subject to sanctions

You will comply with all applicable laws

Providing false information voids any refund eligibility.


5. Immediate Service Commencement

By completing payment, you expressly:

Authorize immediate commencement of digital administrative services

Waive any “cooling-off period” rights where legally permissible

Acknowledge that service begins immediately


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

We shall not be liable for:

Lost profits

Regulatory penalties

Business interruption

Bank or Stripe account closures

Indirect or consequential damages


7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasySuxess LLC from any claims, liabilities, penalties, or damages arising from:

Your business activities

Your regulatory violations

Your payment processor disputes


8. Anti-Chargeback Provision

Initiating a chargeback without valid legal basis constitutes breach of contract.

We reserve the right to:

Submit full documentation to payment processors

Recover administrative and dispute costs

Pursue debt collection remedies


9. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, United States.

You waive the right to:

Jury trial

Class action participation

Collective legal proceedings


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
